These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and elang178 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://elang178.cam and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

elang178 operates under an international gaming licence and provides online casino, live dealer, and sports betting services to eligible players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Account" — The personal, non-transferable account registered by a User on the elang178 platform for the purpose of accessing gaming services.
• "Balance" — The total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits granted to a User subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as described in Section 6.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity verification process required by elang178 to confirm a User's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" — The elang178 website (https://elang178.cam), mobile application, and all associated digital services operated by elang178.
• "Real Money Funds" — Funds deposited by the User using accepted payment methods (e.g. Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Boost, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, BTC) and credited to the User's Account.
• "Services" — All gaming, wagering, entertainment, and ancillary services offered through the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" — Any individual who creates an Account and uses the Services offered by elang178.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.

To register and maintain an Account on elang178, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be 21 years of age or older. elang178 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by persons under the age of 21. This age requirement applies to all account registrations, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and it is your sole responsibility to verify your local laws before registering.
4. You must not be self-excluded from gambling, whether through the elang178 self-exclusion tool or any external programme, at the time of registration or continued use.
5. You must not already hold an Account on the elang178 Platform. Only one Account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation when registering or placing wagers.

When registering an Account on elang178, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian mobile number, and residential address. You must promptly update this information whenever it changes.

elang178 reserves the right to verify the identity of any User at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification may require the submission of government-issued identification such as your Malaysian MyKad (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, or a selfie for liveness verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• elang178 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any associated funds to any other person.
• elang178 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account that appears to have been registered using false or misleading information.

elang178 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. elang178 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees beyond our control.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — minimum deposit RM30, processing: instant
• Boost eWallet — minimum deposit RM30, processing: instant
• GrabPay — minimum deposit RM30, processing: instant
• DuitNow — minimum deposit RM50, processing: 2–5 minutes
• FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong) — minimum deposit RM50, processing: 5–10 minutes
• USDT TRC20 — minimum deposit USDT 25, processing: 15–30 minutes (subject to blockchain confirmation)
• Bitcoin (BTC) — minimum deposit equivalent to RM100, processing: subject to blockchain confirmation

Withdrawal conditions: All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being fully completed prior to the first withdrawal. The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method or a previously verified method. elang178 processes withdrawal requests within the following typical timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfer 15–60 minutes. These are typical processing times and not guaranteed service levels; actual times may vary.

Minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 for most methods. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. Full details are available in the Account Management section of the Platform.

elang178 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered Members only and may only be claimed once per person, household, or IP address.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Reload bonuses carry a standard 20x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion. Unmet bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports bets may contribute at varying rates. Game contribution rates are available on the Platform.
• elang178 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Birthday bonuses are credited automatically to eligible Accounts based on the birthday date on file. The bonus tier is determined by the Member's current VIP status (Bronze: MYR 188, Silver: MYR 388, Gold: MYR 888, VIP: MYR 2,688).
• Refer-a-Friend bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited upon the referred friend completing registration and a qualifying first deposit. The referring Member and referred friend must be distinct individuals.

All bets and wagers placed on the elang178 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules published within each game or product section. By placing a bet, the User acknowledges acceptance of those specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where explicitly permitted by the specific game rules or where elang178 determines a technical error has occurred.
• elang178 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price, whether due to a technical error, system fault, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's Account.
• Sports betting odds are offered at elang178's discretion and may be updated at any time up to the commencement of the relevant event. Bets confirmed prior to an odds update will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• For live/in-play betting, where a bet is placed after an event or outcome has already occurred (due to delayed data), elang178 reserves the right to void such bets.
• elang178 covers Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and numerous international sporting events. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• The Platform's maximum payout per bet may be subject to limits as published in the relevant sportsbook or game section. elang178 reserves the right to limit winnings from a single event where unusual betting activity is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the elang178 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
2. Creation or use of more than one Account per person (duplicate account creation).
3. Use of fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
4. Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any activities that facilitate financial crime.
5. Collusion with other players, use of betting syndicates, or coordinated wagering to exploit bonuses or odds.
6. Use of automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written permission.
7. Exploitation of software bugs, game glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
8. Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward elang178 staff or other players.
9. Any attempt to access another User's Account without authorisation.
10. Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other Platform interaction.

elang178 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all Members. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we actively provide tools to help our Members stay in control.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Members through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session duration limits after which the Platform will automatically log them out.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month to prevent excessive spending.
• Reality Check Reminders: The Platform can be configured to display periodic reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during each session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the chosen duration. Permanently excluded accounts will not be reopened under any circumstances.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: A shorter break from gambling (24 hours to 30 days) that temporarily restricts access to your Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Content;
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract any data from the Platform using automated means;
• Frame, mirror, or incorporate any part of the Platform into another website or application without written consent;
• Use the elang178 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised.

All third-party game content and trademarks featured on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence. elang178 makes no proprietary claims over third-party intellectual property.

The elang178 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accuracy of the Services, elang178 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• Any information, content, or odds data on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current at all times;
• The Platform will be accessible at any particular time or from any particular location.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, elang178, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits elang178's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

elang178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which elang178 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to elang178's customer support team for resolution. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the appropriate licensing authority.
